I am a longtime investor, landlord, rehabber, and have almost always purchased my homes from FSBO's, estate sales, or auctions, but had to use agents or deal with them on several occasions. I'm also an attorney on inactive status, raising children, and after having several laughably bad experiences with highly incompetent agents (and only one good experience, in which I found the house and brought in the agent due to an emotional seller's agent), I always thought that SOMEONE should have a business such as you have.
You provide a great service here to the people of the Indianapolis area, and I salute you. You give the kind of information to others that all buyers need before they enter the market.

I just wanted you to know that our property at 18841 Fairfield Blvd in Noblesville has sold. We actually closed last Friday, the 31st. It sold in under 60 days and we saved $6825 in agent fees. Dear Lawrance:
Thanks to FSBO I saved over $14,000 in fees. We owned a home in Fishers that we built five years ago. The home is located in a very desirable area and was customized with many upgrades.
We listed the home with a realtor for 90 days. They had over 30 showings with two lowball offers. I signed with FSBO, put the sign out on a Friday, and had seventeen phone calls and three showings the first weekend. Within two weeks I had two strong offers and was able to sell the home at a good price.
I have managed real estate for over 30 years and did not realize that there is a large segment of the population that wants to buy a home "For Sale by Owner". With the tools provided by FSBO I was able to do in two weeks what realtors could not do in 90 days, with much more control and less hassle.
